Freelance Opportunity – Senior Functional Analyst

We’re currently looking for a Senior Functional Analyst to join a major digital transformation program focused on modernizing internal platforms and improving user experience across a large-scale public environment.

Your role

• Analyze and document business processes and user needs
• Translate requirements into functional IT solutions
• Collaborate closely with business & technical teams
• Define target processes and acceptance criteria
• Produce clear documentation for developers, testers, and analysts
• Act as a key bridge between stakeholders across the organization

Your profile

• 5+ years experience as a Functional Analyst
• Strong experience in complex IT environments
• Solid knowledge of UML (BPMN is a plus)
• Understanding of data structures & XML/JSON
• Experience with tools like Enterprise Architect is a plus
• UX/UI awareness (Figma is a bonus)
• Strong communication & stakeholder management skills
• Fluent in French or Dutch (+ English is a plus)
