RF HW Development Engineer
You will join a team of 250+ colleagues recognised by domestic and international partners for their expertise in Radio Frequency (RF) Products, C4ISR, Crypto Global Solutions, MACS (Aeronautical Intercom), and more.
Your mission:
- Responsible for the design and development of analogue RF products
- Analyse customer specifications, perform sub-system and detailed design, integration, qualification, and follow-up into production
- Focus on HF and VHF transmitter design (1.5 to 300 MHz), including power amplifiers, filtering, antenna matching units, and antenna systems
- Work within a multidisciplinary engineering team, offering opportunities to grow and expand your skills
- Ensure compliance with high-level international standards and internal quality procedures (ISO and Civil Aviation standards)
What we are looking for:
- Degree in civil or industrial engineering in electronics/telecommunications
- Minimum 10 years of experience in hardware development
- Strong expertise in HF analogue circuit design
- Experience designing RF circuits: power amplifiers, LNAs, ATUs, filters for high-power applications (20W to 10kW)
- Proficiency with simulation tools such as Spice, ADS, MW Office
- Experience with robustness analysis (worst-case, stress, failure modes)
- Ability to perform reliability analysis (MTBF, MTTF)
- Optimisation at board and product level to meet requirements
- Hands-on lab experience: RF tuning and testing with network analysers, spectrum analysers, and other RF equipment
- Ability to guide layout engineers in RF circuit design
