Within Competence Center - Inbound & Workflow, we design and evolve workflow and case management solutions that support business-critical operational processes in a production environment. 

We are looking for a hands-on Process Orchestration specialist with proven experience in designing, implementing and optimizing end-to-end workflows in complex enterprise settings, ideally within insurance or financial services. 

You will play a key role in the design and continuous evolution of our workflow and case management landscape.

• Design and implement end-to-end workflow and case management models using BPMN-based approaches.

• Orchestrate human tasks and automated process steps within long-running, production-grade workflows.

• Contribute to the migration and consolidation of fragmented legacy processes into centralized orchestration models.

• Integrate internal back-office systems and external services via REST/SOAP APIs and other integration patterns.

• Contribute to robust exception handling, retry/reprocessing strategies and operational resilience.

• Ensure traceability, clarity and maintainability of workflow models.

• Support releases, monitoring and continuous improvement in a live production environment.

• Contribute to modernization initiatives combining workflow engines, automation components and, where relevant, AI-enabled services.

You are comfortable operating across analysis, design and implementation phases and take a pragmatic, delivery-oriented approach shaped by real production constraints. 

Profile and experience

Required experience 

• Proven experience in workflow orchestration and case management in enterprise environments.

• Strong BPMN modelling skills with a focus on clarity, maintainability and traceability.

• Experience designing end-to-end business processes, including long-running and cross-system workflows.

• Hands-on experience with system integration (REST / SOAP APIs).

• Experience working in CI/CD-enabled environments (e.g. Azure DevOps or similar).

• Comfortable supporting and optimizing solutions in production.

Optional experience 

• Experience within insurance or financial services.

• Familiarity with data modelling and SQL.

• Experience with workflow or low-code platforms used for digital process automation.

Formal certifications are not mandatory. What matters most is the willingness to deepen and broaden your expertise in areas that strengthen our overall architecture and platform maturity. 

In particular, we value:

• A willingness to further develop architectural modelling capabilities (e.g. TOGAF, ArchiMate or similar enterprise architecture frameworks).

• An interest in strengthening cloud architecture expertise, including progression towards certifications such as Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305).

• Continuous learning in Azure fundamentals, including App Services, Functions, Storage, API Management and identity management (Entra ID / Azure AD).

• A proactive mindset towards DevOps maturity, governance and operational excellence.
