We are currently looking for a 2nd Line Service Desk Engineer with strong IT support and networking expertise for a long-term assignment within the transport & infrastructure sector.
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
• Handle complex 2nd line incidents and service requests
• Configure network equipment (switches, firewalls, access points)
• Support and coach first-line teams
• Document solutions and best practices
• Provide high-quality end-user support in a bilingual environment
💡 Required Skills:
• Strong knowledge of End User Computing (Windows, Android, iOS)
• Networking expertise
• Good knowledge of:
🗣 Languages:
• Dutch or French: C2 level
• Second national language: minimum B2
• English: minimum B1
👤 Soft Skills:
• Team player
• Stress resistant
• Curious & eager to learn
• Flexible & customer-oriented
🚗 Frequent travel required (estimated 7,500 km/year).
