Part of the IT Governance & Transversal Services department at Carrefour Belgium, the IT Project Manager leads and delivers transversal projects end-to-end. You are accountable for the full project scope, team, resources, and outcomes across one or multiple concurrent projects.

Enable stores to order promo spotters 2 weeks in advance via Web2Print. The platform delivers printed promotional materials directly to stores by post, streamlining the in-store promo supply chain.

MyCRFCard — Digital Voucher Integration

Replace the annual physical card process (Saint-Nicolas, Jubilé…) by integrating vouchers directly into the MyCRFCard app — reducing costs, eliminating error risk and improving employee satisfaction.

Rent Process — SAP Enhancements

Three SAP improvements: (1) automated rental price calculation based on updated index, (2) customer re-invoicing generated from posted vendor invoices, (3) Syndic re-invoicing based on repartition keys (shared utilities split by meters/keys).

Key responsibilities

Project Management: Lead the full project lifecycle from idea to delivery — managing scope, planning, budget, quality and change across one or multiple projects

Stakeholder & Communication: Manage internal and external stakeholders; prepare Weekly status reports, Steerco decks and PMO Board updates

›

Risk & Issues: Identify and manage project risks; escalate and resolve issues in a timely manner

›

Testing & UAT: Oversee all test phases and coordinate user acceptance plans with business teams

›

Team Leadership: Functionally manage up to 5 team members (BAs, developers, testers); foster collaboration, diversity and a high-performance culture

›

Standards & Governance: Ensure all projects follow PMO standards and IT Governance methodology; drive operational excellence and continuous improvement

Skills & experience

✓  5+ years IT & business/industry experience

✓  PM certification (PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent)

✓  Stakeholder management & executive reporting

✓  Strong business acumen in IT & retail

+  SAP knowledge (strong plus)

+  Retail / e-commerce background (asset)

Bachelor or Master in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or equivalent

›

At least 5 years of experience in IT project management in a business/industry context

Deep understanding of current and emerging technologies
