About the Role

As part of the Engineering team, you will contribute to the definition and development of advanced Defense and Security solutions.

Working closely with commercial and technical stakeholders, you will support the preparation of technical proposals, define solution architectures, and ensure that proposed solutions effectively address customer requirements.

This position offers the opportunity to work on complex systems involving electronics, communications, software, sensors and integrated technologies across Defense and Security domains.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and understand customer requirements and operational needs
• Support the preparation of technical proposals and bids
• Lead the technical aspects of proposal activities
• Define and recommend solution architectures aligned with customer expectations
• Evaluate technical options, risks, costs and schedules
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary engineering teams and external partners
• Act as the technical focal point for solution-related topics
• Contribute to requirements management and system-level engineering activities
• Support solution development throughout the lifecycle, from concept definition to implementation
• Contribute to technology roadmaps and future solution evolution

Profile

• Master's degree in Electronics, Computer Science, Telecommunications or a related Engineering discipline
• Proven experience in Systems Engineering, Solution Architecture or complex system integration
• Experience across the full development lifecycle, including requirements engineering, design, development, integration and testing
• Strong understanding of multidisciplinary systems combining software, hardware, communications and electronics
• Experience with technical proposals, bids or tender responses is considered a strong asset
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Autonomous, proactive and well-organized mindset
• Fluent English is required; French and/or Dutch are considered an asset
