2.     Purpose

The current RFP has been prepared by central AMFE ECM -DMS IT team, based in Fos-sur-Mer (France).

Introduction Vendors are invited to submit Proposals for the provision of the services as specified in this RFP.

The requested services are on a time and materials basis.

This document is intended to:

• Describe to the Vendors the mission context & projects foreseen
• Describe to the Vendors the characteristics of the Mission, with the expected background and skills
• Determine whether the Vendors are willing to propose an offer
• Provide sufficient information back to AMFE to select a shortlist, the companies listed in the shortlist being invited to present one or several candidates.

3.     Objective & Scope

We are looking for an experienced OpenText eDOCS DM consultant for some urgent projects on different entities of ArcelorMittal which should start in September 2025.

It will mainly consist in new implementation using ArcelorMittal template, migration and upgrade projects.

Level 2 analysis and troubleshooting activities are also expected for supporting ECM – DMS  team in global landscape run and maintain.

Activities will be in close collaboration with :

• Existing ECM-DMS Fos team, reporting on the global status of multiple projects (development, testing, deployment) to ECM - DMS team manager, and highlighting potential issues.
• Some other Central IT teams (infra, local IT,…)

The mission is based in Fos / Mer.

5.     Team & Profile

The RFP scope is one experienced DMS OpenText eDOCS DM.

The person will be integrated in the PMOPS DMS Fos team.

7.     Statement Of Work

What does the job entail?

You will manage & maintain several project plans in parallel, each in a different stage of the development life cycle.

You work together with different stakeholders on local and European level.

You must understand business requirements and IT constraints and be force of technical and functional proposals thanks to your software knowledge and confirmed experiences.

Thanks to your expertise, you also assist in troubleshooting issues.

You highlight potential issues and roadblocks and report on them.

Who are we looking for?

Key competencies:

Proven working experience as DMS eDOCS DM consultant for implementing, configuring the product, from business requirements analysis to Go Live, via UAT.

You understand the IT development life cycle.

Expertise in managing projects in a multi-cultural and complex environment.

Analytical and strong organizational skills with excellent verbal and written ability.

Knowledge in maintenance and drawing managements is a plus.

Language skills: French (native), English (excellent level, official language for transversal coordination).

Expected competencies are :

• Knowledge of OpenText eDOCS DM solution (from version 10 to last)
• Confirmed experiences (3 years min) in
  • Installing std OOTB solution eDOCS DM (Server, DB, workstation, mobile…)
  • eDOCS DM Configuration
  • implementation of DMS solution from business requirements analysis to Go Live, via UAT
  • end users training
  • troubleshooting (on any part of infra)
  • upgrading existing implementation
  • project coordination
