Job Title: SAP Project Manager 

Location: Brussels (Hybrid) 

About the Role

We are looking for a pragmatic and hands-on SAP Project Manager to join our team. You will not be managing a large, complex transformation program, but rather two distinct, projects simultaneously. The ideal candidate is a "sweet spot" profile: experienced enough to run projects independently, but not a high-cost Senior who is overqualified for the scale of work. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Dual Project Management: Manage two concurrent SAP projects:
  • Project A (Local Integration): A project involving integration with a local supplier, specifically regarding PEPPOL (Pan-European Public Procurement OnLine) e-invoicing or procurement standards.
  • Project B (Offshore Coordination): A project managed in collaboration with an offshore supplier (development team). You will be responsible for bridging the gap between business requirements and the offshore delivery team.
• Methodology & Governance: Drive the methodology work. You will be expected to implement and enforce project management best practices, governance structures, and documentation standards suited for medium-sized initiatives.
• Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for local business stakeholders and the local supplier (Project A) while managing the delivery expectations with the offshore team (Project B).

Required Profile  

• Experience Level: SAP Project Manager.
  • You have successfully delivered end-to-end SAP projects.
• Technical Scope: Comfortable managing projects in an SAP S/4HANA environment.
• Location & Flexibility:
  • Must be based in Belgium or the immediate border region of the Netherlands.
  • You have the flexibility to be on-site when required for workshops with local stakeholders.
• Language: Fluent in Dutch and English (mandatory). French is a plus.
