About the role
We are looking for a Project Manager / Digital Customer Journey Expert to support digital customer journey and marketing initiatives within the insurance industry. This role requires a strong mix of project coordination, marketing support, stakeholder collaboration, and sector knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Marketing Manager, internal teams, clients, and partners on marketing strategy
- Identify marketing trends and opportunities for innovation
- Support digital customer journey initiatives and related projects
- Work with various digital marketing tools and software
- Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams
- Create marketing materials such as white papers, case studies, and presentations
- Deliver presentations to stakeholders
- Maintain and update marketing databases
- Provide administrative support to marketing and sales teams
- Prepare, format, and edit a range of documents
- Understand products and brand positioning
- Handle general coordination and office-related tasks
- Create and interpret reports
- Organize market research activities
- Analyze questionnaires and customer feedback
- Update and manage social media accounts
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in P&C Insurance or Life Insurance
- Previous experience in a similar environment is mandatory
- Experience in administration, sales support, or marketing support
- Digital marketing experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational skills
- Good command of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Relevant professional or internship experience
