Mission:
As part of the engineering and production team, you will be responsible for optimizing the industrialization and manufacturing of mechanical products. You will act as a key interface between design and production, ensuring efficient, cost-effective, and high-quality manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and implement industrialization processes for mechanical products
- Collaborate with design teams to ensure manufacturability (DFM/DFA)
- Optimize production workflows, tooling, and equipment
- Develop and improve manufacturing methods and procedures
- Support prototyping, pre-series, and production ramp-up phases
- Identify and implement process improvements (cost, quality, lead time)
- Perform root cause analysis and resolve production issues
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards
- Work closely with suppliers and subcontractors on manufacturing aspects
- Create and maintain technical documentation (work instructions, process sheets, etc.)
- Monitor KPIs and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Profile:
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- 3–5+ years of experience in manufacturing or industrial environment
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems and manufacturing processes
- Experience with industrialization, process engineering, or production optimization
- Knowledge of machining, assembly, stamping, or plastic processing is a plus
- Familiarity with CAD tools (e.g., SolidWorks, CATIA, Creo)
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing or continuous improvement methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
