Mission:

As part of the engineering and production team, you will be responsible for optimizing the industrialization and manufacturing of mechanical products. You will act as a key interface between design and production, ensuring efficient, cost-effective, and high-quality manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and implement industrialization processes for mechanical products
• Collaborate with design teams to ensure manufacturability (DFM/DFA)
• Optimize production workflows, tooling, and equipment
• Develop and improve manufacturing methods and procedures
• Support prototyping, pre-series, and production ramp-up phases
• Identify and implement process improvements (cost, quality, lead time)
• Perform root cause analysis and resolve production issues
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards
• Work closely with suppliers and subcontractors on manufacturing aspects
• Create and maintain technical documentation (work instructions, process sheets, etc.)
• Monitor KPIs and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Profile:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
• 3–5+ years of experience in manufacturing or industrial environment
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems and manufacturing processes
• Experience with industrialization, process engineering, or production optimization
• Knowledge of machining, assembly, stamping, or plastic processing is a plus
• Familiarity with CAD tools (e.g., SolidWorks, CATIA, Creo)
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing or continuous improvement methodologies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
