As a Sales Account Executive in the EUI/NATO squad, you will be responsible for managing and growing one or more key strategic customers. Contacts with C-level executives within your customer portfolio are primordial to get a good understanding of the sector and customers. This way we can respond to customer/market needs in this segment and achieve a high penetration rate (at customer and industry level).
• You will be responsible for the growth of the business within your key customer(s). • In your approach, you are able to build a strategic partnership with your customers, knowing how to use the full expertise of the group for traditional and innovative solutions. • You can find your way in complex organizational structures and decision-making processes. • You will be able to navigate fluently in an international and multicultural environment. • Effective communication skills and a high degree of cultural sensitivity are important. • English is the primary working language; proficiency in other languages is an advantage. • You can focus on long-term goals and partnerships. • Collaboration with partners and suppliers is a crucial aspect of the role. • You need to be strategic and patient, as results and decisions can take longer to materialize. • You can handle and manage highly secure and confidential information. • You develop an extensive knowledge of the client(s)/sector and build a high-level trust relationship. • You initiate targeted opportunities, negotiate, and close deals successfully. • You are a team player with strong stakeholder management skills. • Working closely with Solutions Sales and Presales teams, you ensure relevant and high-quality solutions. • You have knowledge of procurement procedures related to the sector. • You provide management with clear insights into market trends and opportunities. • You contribute to budget planning and sales performance through accurate reporting. • You manage stakeholders internally and externally across all levels. • You coordinate teams to respond to public tenders professionally. • You provide reporting on complex deals and present them to management. • You work within an agile organizational model and collaborate with international teams.
Profile ✓ You have at least 7 years of experience in Account Management, Business Development, or Solution Sales in a B2B environment. ✓ You are results-driven, customer-focused, and resilient. ✓ You have experience in ICT and/or telecommunications. ✓ You are familiar with public tenders and the public sector environment. ✓ You can build strategic account plans. ✓ You have strong communication and negotiation skills. ✓ You are solution-oriented, creative, and adaptable. ✓ You are a team player with leadership capabilities. ✓ You have strong presentation skills. ✓ You respect internal processes and procedures. ✓ You are committed to customer satisfaction. ✓ You are fluent in English; other languages are a plus. ✓ You understand financial aspects such as P&L management. ✓ You can act as a point of contact for specific domains within your team. ✓ You are autonomous and customer-oriented. ✓ Experience with agile ways of working is a plus. ✓ You are curious about new technologies and trends. ✓ You are willing to continuously learn and develop.
