Profile I’m looking for: Someone who is willing to help our team in telephony, can get lots of speed in a specified task and is communicative.
Native speaker dutch. But must have knowledge of French and English for the telephony.
Location to choose by candidate. Our team is spread over the 3 locations. Because of training it can be asked to go to another location.
As a junior Claims Handler, you have up till 2 years of experience in handling claims from A to Z :
- You analyze and process the declaration;
- Your work precise, organized and solution-oriented;
- You detect, analyze and tackle problems;
- You ensure the follow-up and management of the claim in a fast, proactive, correct, customer-friendly and efficient manner;
- You put the customer first and provide a sustainable, reliable service where communication and unburdening the insured play an important role.
Next to a proven experience in Insurance, you have the following core competences :
Critical thinking, Customer orientation, Decision making, Effective communication, Independent, Priority management, Quality driven, Stress resistant.
